CA VINAY BHAT CA Vinay Bhat has an experience and expertise of over 25 years in rendering effective service in all areas of accounts, audit, tax and consultancy and training. A student of prestigious R.A. Podar College of Commerce, Mumbai completed his B.Com & M.Com from Mumbai University. and qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1985 and FCA in the year 1991. He has also completed his Diploma in Financial Management from ICFAI and completed DIP IFRS (ACCA London UK). He is a member of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and Institute of Internal Auditors. and completed his Business Consultancy Studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Mumbai and Internal Audit studies from the Welingkar Institute of Management. Mumbai He has a vast experience in various industries in the field of Audit , Tax , Consultancy and Training He is associated with Rotary movement for more than 10 years and is actively associated in community service and during the year 2011-2012 was the President of Rotary Club of Mumbai Kandivli West and has been recognized by the Rotary District 3140 with citations and trophies for his outstanding and meritorious service and contribution to community development and is at present is in the District team of Rotary District 3140 of Rotary International. He is also passionately involved in Training and Self development and conducts workshops and seminars on various facets of personality development. His hobbies include writing, directing and acting in skits and dramas.

CA SANJAY BHAT CA Sanjay Bhat has an experience of over 24 years in the areas of accounts, audit, direct and indirect tax and consultancy A student of reputed Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics and HR College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. He completed his B.Com from Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and as an FCA in 1994. He is member of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and Chamber of Income Tax Consultants. He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and has completed his Business Consultancy Studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management. He is also actively involved in various Social activities and is actively involved in the managing committee of a reputed Trust in Mumbai.

Both the partners are constantly learning and growing and actively participate in the courses conducted by Landmark Education India, Art of Living, SSY, Reiki India Research Center and Vipassana Meditation Center.

The company also has 10 Audit Staff and 2 support staff who work under the able guidance of Mr. Vinay and Mr. Sanjay Bhat.
